Times sure have changed with regards to what a buyer is looking for and/or willing to accept, when they purchase their new home. Today’s buyers want to see the photos and understand how the home flows BEFORE they commit their time to check it out. The buyers also want to know about the area. Is the home in walking distance to schools or restaurants? Or are there covenants that govern the community?
